- In the display prep cooler,In inserts,Ham at the top was measured at 9.4 degrees CThe top portion of the ham was placed inside the cooler.Beef brisket was measured at 7.5 degrees C.The operator removed the beef brisket.*Habanero cheese was measured at 7 degrees C*Cheddar cheese was measured at 7.1 degrees C*Processed cheese was measured at 7 degrees C.All the cheeses were removed by the operator.Peperoni was measured at 8 degrees at the top.The top portion was removed and placed inside a working cooler.-Ensure that the perishable foods are stored at 4 degrees C or less under refrigeration.
