- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats dispenser main feed not working. No residual noted coming out of unit.
- Corrective Action(s): Must immediately change to manual Quats feed to sink, and the sanitizer sink should always remain filled with sanitizer solution at 200 ppm until main feed is fixed.
- **Add 1/4 cup Quats concentrate to water fill mark on sink to get 200 ppm solution. Fill sanitizer spray bottles from sanitizer sink until main feed is repaired. This wil be reviewed at follow up inspection date noted on report.
