      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Container of bleach sanitizer for sanitizing the meat slicer tested at 0ppm chlorine. Operator states s new solution is made every day for the spray bottle. Once a new solution was made up used the powder packet for spray bottles a residual of approx 200ppm was measured. Meat slicer was resanitized at time of inspection
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all staff receive training on how to mix the bleach solution.

      • Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize as directed. Ensure moving forward the ice making portion is cleaned and sanitized regularily ie every 2 months or more frequently as needed to prevent this from happening again.
