      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Food handlers' cell phones left on food contact surfaces. This may imply food handlers are manipulating their phones when handling foods which can cross contaminate food and/or contaminate food contact surfaces which could contaminate food and lead to serious illness.
      • Corrective Action: Phones were immediately removed and stored in staff area. Ensure there are no cell phones or personal items in food preparation area.

      • Observation: Line cooler refrigeration temperatures are slightly elevated (greater than 4°C) (Public Health Significance) Refrigeration temperatures for perishable foods must be less than 4°C to prevent the growth of disease causing bacteria and toxin production.
      • Corrective Action: Monitor and log temperatures regularly, adjust and have repaired as necessary to provide a temperature of 4° at all times.
