- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection chemical dispensing system not drawing up quats from bulk solution adequately.
- Corrective Action(s): Staff repositioned the bulk quats solution and tightened the tubing. Quats now being dispensed at 200ppm from the chemical dispensing system. Staff also refilled the quats sanitizer spray bottles.
