      • Dirty dishes were placed in the sanitizing compartment of the 3-comp sink. Operator moved dirty dishes out of the compartment.- Operator is to ensure to establish one-way flow of dirty to clean utensils.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • Food handling permit was not displayed at the facility.- Please ensure that permit is displayed in a conspicuous place at the facility
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Cardboard was placed on the top shelf of the fountain pop stand in the back kitchen. - Operator is to remove cardboard liners to make sure surfaces are smooth, durable, easily cleanable, and impervious to moisture.

    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Mouse droppings noted in the cabinet under the customer self-serve soda dispensing unit. Beverage trays stored in same cabinet were contaminated by mouse droppings and were chewed by mice. Staff immediately discarded all trays. Please clean and sanitize areas contaminated by mice. Ensure all points of entry are sealed.
