- Dirty dishes were placed in the sanitizing compartment of the 3-comp sink. Operator moved dirty dishes out of the compartment.- Operator is to ensure to establish one-way flow of dirty to clean utensils.

- Mouse droppings noted in the cabinet under the customer self-serve soda dispensing unit. Beverage trays stored in same cabinet were contaminated by mouse droppings and were chewed by mice. Staff immediately discarded all trays. Please clean and sanitize areas contaminated by mice. Ensure all points of entry are sealed.
