      • The staff member present was not able to prove attendance of approved food safety training.At least one food handler at any given time/shift must have an approved food safety course and provide certification.The inspector informed the operator that supervising personnels must have a valid Food Safety Training certificate. A list of recognized courses in Alberta was provided to the staff members during the inspection.

      • A refrigerator located behind the counter containing lettuce and meat products was observed to have a temperature of 11 degrees Celsius. Employee moved the potentially hazardous foods to the back fridge. Please do not store hazardous food in this fridge for more than 2 hours unless it can maintain a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius or less.
