      • The hot held temperature for the loaded potato soap was <60C. Discussed issue with staff who voluntarily discarded the product. Please ensure all hot held food products are kept above 60C.

      • The posted food handling permit was expired. Please ensure a valid food handling permit is posted onsite.

      • The concentration of Quat sanitizer solution in the dishwashing sink was measured to be less than 50ppm. Fresh 200ppm solution was prepared during inspection. Use Quat test strips to measure the concentration of Quat sanitizer solution prepared for dishwashing and ensure 200ppm concentration is maintained.
