    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Chlorine sanitizer solution for the sandwich prep station was below 100ppm. Quat solution at the prep station was in the back room was below 50 ppm.Both solutions were changed during the inspection.
    • 14. Does the facility have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
      • Hot water was not running at the customers washroom sink. The hot water shut off valve had been turned off at the time of inspection. Water temperature valve was adjusted so that hot water was running properly. Ensure hand sinks are provided with hot and cold water at all times.

    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Hand washing sink faucet in the food preparation area was not functioning. Staff were using one of the 3-compartment dishwashing sink and faucet temporarily for handwashing. Inspector instructed staff to set up paper towel and portable hand soap in a dispenser at this station. Repair sink immediately.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Countertop surface between toaster oven and bread proofer was dirty with debris. Clean and sanitize surface thoroughly.
