- Most cold storage temperatures were satisfactory, EXCEPT for undercounter cooler beneath the toaster oven which registered at 14 degrees Celsius with a probe thermometer. Food items had only been recently placed in this cooler, and were moved back into the walk-in cooler at the time of inspection.Corrective action: This cooler must be repaired or replaced in order to maintain a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius or lower.
