- Frosting was observed on the ceiling around the fans and on the floor of the walk-in freezer.Breads and sausages were stored on the top shelf under the frosting.* The breads and the sausages were moved to different shelves.-Ensure that the food is stored in proper manner to prevent it from contamination.

- In the display prep cooler insert, chicken was measured between 11-13 degrees C.*Chicken was discarded by the operator.-Ensure that the perishable food is maintained at 4 degrees c or less under refrigeration.
