- At time of inspection:1. The current manager of this facility does not have an Alberta-approved food safety certificate. The current certificate noted was level 1 food safe from British Columbia. Be advised that in order for a food safe certificate (from British Columbia) to be equivalent, the manager must have both level 1 and level 2 training.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Register and take level 2 Food Safe in British Columbia OR2. Take an Alberta-approved food safety course (as noted on the list of approved courses for Alberta). This list was served to the owner / operator of this facility.
