      • Observation(s): Upon review of a sampling of employee records, one was found to require COVID-19 vaccination status. This was resolved during the inspection, and no further action is required. All other employee records reviewed were complete. All records demonstrated that employees have adequate training and experience to meet care and supervision needs of children.
      • C3.1I - A Licensee must not continue to employ a person unless there is evidence of compliance with the Province’s immunization and tuberculosis control program; 21( 1 )

      • Observation(s): Upon review of a sampling of child records, it was noted that one did not have a medical practitioner's phone number listed. This was added during inspection, and resolved.

      • Observation(s): Upon review of minor incident reports, it was noted that one incident was reportable to Licensing. The manager submitted the report during inspection. Discussed that as soon as the facility is notified that a child has medical care for an incident at the facility, it becomes reportable.
      • C4.1B - Notify licensing within 24 hours after a child is involved in, or may have been involved in, a reportable incident described in Schedule H while under the care or supervision of the licensee; 55( 2 )(a)

      • Observation(s): At inspection on November 26, 2014 LO observed that the implementation of the emergency plan has not been recorded. At inspection on November 27, 2014 LO observed that the implementation of the last emergency plan has been recorded as per section 56 (c) of the CCLR.
      • Keep current records indicating that each employee practices implementing the emergency plan at least once each year; 56(c)

      • Observation(s): At inspection on November 26, 2014 LO observed that information regarding food and drink given to children is not being made available to parents. During inspection this item was corrected.
