- Paper towel in Griffin rooms 1 and 3 was not located inside child accessible dispensers in Griffin rooms 1 and 3. In Griffin 1, the paper towel was stored on the same surfacing as the diapering area, and in Griffin 3, paper towel was stored underneath diapering supplies.It was witnessed that children were unable to dry their hands in a sanitary manner, with children attempting to reach into empty dispensers or inaccessible paper towel in dispensers.**These concerns were corrected during the inspection**REQUIREMENT: Paper towel dispensers need to be stocked with paper towel at all times.

The stronger concentration was not being rinsed off after use, as it was intended to be 100 ppm (as per the labelling on the bottle).REQUIREMENT: Conduct a rinsing step after using stronger bleach solutions, or maintain the bleach sanitizer at 100 ppm. Verify the concentration using the available testing strips.
