MUST MAKE REPAIRS AT ALL AREAS.FOUND OPENINGS IN CEILING AREAS ON 2ND FLOOR,OPENING AT DOOR IN MECHANICAL ROOM,OPENINGS ALONG WALL BASES IN TOFU PRODUCTION ROOM.MUST REPAIR/SEAL ALL AREAS.ALSO MUST CLEAN AND SEAL CEILINGS ABOVE EQUIPMENT AND IN ALL AREAS OF TOFU PRODUCTION ROOM.
