      • Coffee shop area- the prepared Quat sanitizer in the spray bottle was >400 ppm. Chemical brand (Sanitol) lists 200 ppm for use as a no-rinse sanitizer. Corrected onsite. Follow instructions on label for dilution (2 ml per 1 litre of water)
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Test strips for chlorine sanitizer is onsite (used for manual dishwashing) Test strips for quat sanitizer was on order. Ensure test strips for checking quat sanitizer is available for daily concentration checks.
