      • A spray bottle labeled as bleach sanitizer was tested using a chlorine test strip and was found to contain 0 ppm chlorine. The solution had a sour odour and appeared to be vinegar diluted with water, rather than a chlorine-based sanitizer. Chlorine bleach was available onsite in the kitchen and was verified to be not expired. Please ensure that all sanitizing solutions match the containers in which they are stored and are maintained at effective sanitizing concentrations at all times.
