All food establishments that prepare, sell, or store hot food shall have adequate hot food storage facilities. INSTALL REFRIGERATION AND HEATING EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR THE BUSINESS AND HAVE IT WORKING FOR INSPECTION.

      • The area outside of the establishment used for the storage of garbage shall be clean at all times and shall not constitute a nuisance. OBTAIN A GARBAGE DUMPSTER AND SERVICE.
