- It was observed that the indoor play structure does not have adequate fall protection. The structure measures over 20 inches, which creates a risk of injury if a child were to fall onto the existing gym flooring. Please ensure that the play structure must not be used until approved indoor playground surfacing is installed and the area is deemed safe for use.
