- Initially no hot water was noted at sink. A valve needed to be opened by maintenance; ensure outlet does not open unless an adequate supply of hot water is in place (add to daily checklist or ensure staff report any issues with hot water).
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- 1. Counter is worn and missing laminate above dishwasher.2. Some shelves are unfinished wood.Ensure all shelves are smooth, impervious and easily cleanable.

- 1. A number of used wiping cloths (disposable) were noted out at coffee station. In order to prevent bacterial growth on cloths during the day, keep cloths in sanitizing solution or ensure used cloths are changed out at least every 2 hours or when soiled.2. Contents of chemical spray bottles were not accurately labelled and/or were not appropriate food safe chemicals. Ensure staff review use of sanitizer and all items are properly labelled.
