      • There was an unlabelled bottle of chemical solution. The operator got a label for it.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Utensils were being cleaned and rinsed, but not sanitized. Instructions for manually sanitizing were explained to the operator. Bleach or Quats are available for use as a sanitizer.

    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • The strength of the sanitizer was too strong. Information was provided to the Operator, how to make a proper sanitizer solution.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The temperature of the milk that was in the glass container on the counter was 15C-20C. The operator will put the container of milk in a container with ice in it.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • The top of the inside of the microwave oven had a lot of cooked food on it. The Operator said that he will make sure the microwave oven is cleaned daily.
