      • The walk-in cooler measured 10-11 degrees Celsius. Mainly non-perishable foods are stored in this cooler including pop, juice, and whole produce. Yogurt and cheese were moved during the inspection. No temperature logs were available. Operator had already contacted a technician to repair.June 16: A technician was onsite during the inspection and replaced a valve that was broken. It will take 6-8 hours to return to the appropriate temperature.

      • No staff at the facility had a food safety certificate; inspector will provide a list of approved courses for the manager to take.

      • No food grade sanitizer was available during the inspection. Operator was instructed to obtain bleach immediately to mix sanitizer (1/2 teaspoon plain bleach per litre of water).

      • The hand sink was plugged and had no paper towels during the inspection.

      • There was dirt and debris on the floors around the deli area that require cleaning. Additionally, the washroom requires cleaning and paper towels.
