    • 06. Are appropriate food handling practices and plans in place to ensure that food is handled in a manner that makes it safe to eat?
      • The staff was sampling supplements to customers with no handwashing sink at the front retail area. Staff were wearing disposables gloves without washing their hands.The staff indicated that they usually wash their hands in the handwashing sink in the staff washroom.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • There was a gap at the bottom of the back exit door.Install a weatherstripping to prevent the entry of pest.
