- Many small flies were observed on the baseboards near the front area. The facility must be pest free to ensure safe handling of food.Address the issue, determine how the small flies are entering the facility. In the meantime, conduct regular and frequent cleaning and cover food when not in use.

- There was clutter accumulated in the back storage area. Several miscellaneous items were stored.The facility must be organized in a manner that facilitates cleaning and monitoring for pest. Reorganize the back storage area and remove any items that are not in use.
