      • Observation: Toaster stored in a drawer soiled with crumbs.
      • Corrective Action: Toaster should be cleaned freqently before storing and should be maintained in sanitary condition.
    • 302 - Critical Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
      • Observation: Inadequate surface sanitizer. The surface sanitizer is a disinfectant against blood and body fluids. Surface sanitizer is not food-safe (Public Health significance) - Sanitizer has to be food safe to prevent it from being a possible chemical contaminant which could cause serious illness.
      • Corrective Action: Operator to stop using this sanitizer immediately and get a food sanitizer before the end of today. Send a photo to the EHO
