      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the beginning of the inspection:
      • Handwashing station observed obstructed by items in the sink basin.
      • Soap was not dispensing.
      • Paper towel dispenser was empty.
      • Corrective Action(s): Please ensure handwashing station is always fully equipped at all times when food preparation/handling/serving is being conducted. Handwashing station must have hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels.

      • Corrective Action(s): Requierd operator to clean and sanitize the scoop and the container. Ensure to have ice bath for scoops at all times. Replenish ice as necessary.
