- Handwashing station observed obstructed by items in the sink basin.
- Soap was not dispensing.
- Paper towel dispenser was empty.
- Corrective Action(s): Please ensure handwashing station is always fully equipped at all times when food preparation/handling/serving is being conducted. Handwashing station must have hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels.
