- Observation(s): Dishwasher was not achieving 50 ppm chlorine as required. Operator troubleshooted dishwasher and resolved issue with air bubbles so that the dishwasher achieved 50 ppm as required and corrected the issue at time of inspection. Operator is checking the dishwasher sanitizer concentration with test strips on a weekly basis.
