- The sanitizer in the Servery kitchen upstairs. did not have a residual. The sanitizer shall be replaced. Further action shall be taken to ensure the sanitizer is at proper levels and replaced as per manufacturer's instructions.

- All coolers and freezers in the facility (main kitchen, servery kitchen, detox) lost power for 24-36 hours as they are not connected to emergency power. All perishable foods shall be disposed of.

- Due to the power being out, food in the freezer thawed, causing liquid to pool on the floor, which froze when power was restored. Action shall be taken to clean and sanitized the freezer floor

- The sink sanitizer auto diluter does not appear to be working. Action shall be taken to ensure the sanitizer is repaired or replaced. Staff indicated that this santizer is not routinely used.

- The final rinse bottle in the upstairs kitchen had H202 (Peroxide) in it. The peroxide disinfectant is not a no-rinse sanitizer in a food environment and shall not be used in the kitchen. Please ensure chemicals are labelled appropriately.

- The upstairs kitchenette does not have a food grade sanitizer present. A food grade sanitizer shall be obtained, and staffing use this sanitizer when wiping/cleaning surfaces such as counter tops, equipment.

- A spray bottle with a clear liquid was present under the kitchen sink in the upstairs kitchenette. This bottle did not have a label to indicate what the contents were. Action shall be taken to label the container(s).
