- The breakfast program is operating without a Food Handling Permit as required by the Food Regulation. A permit application will be attached to the email containing this report. The application shall be filled out and sent to the NZ email address.
- 20. Do food handlers at the facility have adequate food safety training?
- The person in control of the Breakfast program does not have a valid food safety certificate. A list of approved food safety course will be sent along with this report. The course shall be completed by the end of November.
