- A sneezeguard needs to be installed at the front counter as there would be food preparation conducted there.

- The hot water pressure was low. Please increase hot water pressure. Soap and paper towels were present.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- The exterior back door and a minor gap at the bottom. Please close off the gap to prevent entry of pests.Some areas around piping/wires/cords etc were exposed and could allow entry of pests. Please close off any structural areas with holes, cracks, openings, gaps, etc.
