    • F2.3 Are food contact surfaces, utensils and equipment washed and sanitized in a manner that removes/prevents contamination?
      • Observation(s): - readily available sanitizer was not present during time of inspection. please ensure sanitizer in a bottle, or in a bucket @200ppm concentration is available to wipe down food contact surfaces as needed
      • F2.3D Sanitizer solution must be available and kept at the correct levels for adequate sanitizing action.
    • F2.7 Are there handwashing stations available and properly supplied?
      • Observation(s): - both handwashing sinks location on premise were blocked or not adequately supplied. - handwashing sink in back room did not have soap or paper towel present. employee stated a dishcloth was reused to dry hands. Handwashing stations must be stocked with single use towels and liquid soap for effective handwashing. reusing cloths that are kept damp and soiled can leave pathogenic bacteria able to survive and grow, leading to possible cross contamination - handwashing sink present in front counter area was blocked with items and is not used. handwashing sink must remain accessible at all times for employees who are food handling in the front. ACTION STEPS: - both handwashing sink must remain accessible at all times - both handwashing sinks are to be stocked with single use towels and liquid soap - reusable cloths are to not be used to dry hands
