- Observation: Food (boxes of food and turkey/chicken) observed on the floor in the walk-in cooler at the time of inspection. Public Health Significance - storing food or food equipment on the floor can be easily accessed by pests that may carry disease causing microbes and contaminate food which may lead to foodborne illnesses or outbreaks upon consumption.
- Corrective Action: Store all food and equipment at least 15 cm (6 inches) off the floor.

- Observation: Inadequate facilities provided for hand washing, handwashing unit missing paper towel. (Public Health Significance) Hand washing is an important practice to ensure food are protected from cross contamination from other previously handled foods or contact surfaces.
- Corrective Action: Ensure the hand wash station is accessible at all times and used only as a hand wash station whenever food is being prepared. Soap and paper towel in dispensers and hot and cold running water must be provided to facilitate proper hand washing.

- Observation: Various implements used a scoops are left in product for ongoing use, observed a cup used as scoop left in the ready to eat product (sugar container). (Public Health Significance) Improper scoops and scoop storage exposes items to bare hand contact and potential contamination.
- Corrective Action: Store scoops so that foods are not exposed to the handles or bare hand contact. Store food scoops in a sanitary manner and clean and sanitize them regularly.

- Observation: Pets must not be in the food facility, observed pet sleep zone with pet feeder bowls in the back storage area of the kitchen. Public Health Signficance) pets can cross-contaminate the food which may lead to foodborne illnesses.
- Corrective Action: Ensure that only service animals are allowed indoors of a food preparation area and/or food establishment.
