    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Milk in the Tim's dispenser cooler measured 8C. Cooler was not maintaining the required temperature - discussed with manager and technicians were onsite to repair the unit during the inspection. Technicians adjusted the setting of the unit for a temporary solution and the unit is to be defrosted over the weekend and checked again prior to use. - June 13, 2025 - Milk from this dispenser measured 3.6C and cream measured 4.5-5C. Manager indicated that a new cooler dispenser was replacing this unit in the next week. Ensure the temperature of the cream is monitored and corrective actions taken if the temperature is above 4C.

      • The sandwich prep cutting board counter was deeply scratched allowing staining and accumulation of food debris. Refinish and/or replace the cutting board.

      • The ceiling tiles in the kitchen/dishwashing areas were constructed of inappropriate material. Replace the ceiling tiles in the kitchen with tiles that are smooth, non-porous, and easily cleanable. Dirt buildup noted on tiles around the ceiling vent.Hole noted in light cover above the sandwich prep station. Repair/replace light cover. Multiple light covers in the kitchen area had what looks to be burn marks on the inside of the cover. Assess these fixtures to ensure they are functioning properly and replace any necessary components and/or clean the light covers to remove marks.

      • QUAT sanitizer dispenser not functioning at time of inspection resulting in staff manually preparing solutions - 3/4 solutions tested were >400ppm. Repair sanitizer dispenser.Reviewed preparation of sanitizer solutions with food handlers - ensure test strips are used to check each solution.Water filter for oven located behind the sandwich prep station was leaking and requires repair.

      • The following items/areas were visibly dirty and require cleaning:- Flooring along baseboards of the main client area- Tim's work areas flooring edges

      • Multiple QUAT sanitizer solutions measured >400ppm. Discussed manual sanitizer preparation with food handlers and new solutions were made during the inspection.

Assess these fixtures to ensure they are functioning properly and replace any necessary components and/or clean the light covers to remove marks.Ceiling ventilation filters in the center of the ceiling were visibly dirty/potentially blocked and require cleaning/assessment for capacity.Wall corner covers in the dishwashing area were in disrepair exposing raw wood and require refinishing and/or replacement to be smooth, non-porous, and easily cleanable.
