- 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
- Some fresh spills were observed in milk isle which was cleaned right away. There was evidence of previously spilled products on the floor under the pallets which have not been cleaned and have dried out.There were spilled produce/vegetables on the floor in produce section.There was dry waste on the floor under and between the pallets observed.There were some spills in flour section, and it appeared it was not cleaned in timely manner.Please ensure that spilled products and garbage are cleaned regularly. As manger informed me, internal inspection was done just before I came and there was need for additional/more thorough cleaning identified. Please have the dairy and produce section checked thoroughly and perform deep cleaning as required.
