Raw meats should be stored on the bottom shelf to prevent direct contamination. Operator removed the meat.

- Coleslaw was observed to be stored at 15c. Informed by the operator the coleslaw had been sitting out for 3 hours. All high-risk foods are required to be store at 4c or 60c to prevent bacterial growth. The operator threw out the coleslaw.
