      • Stainless steel prep cooler measured 7.8*C (food probed). Digital temperature gauge does not appear to be functioning properly. Perishable food it the cooler over night was discarded. Food placed inside the cooler this morning was relocated to another fridge.
    • 33(2) The operator must ensure that all refrigeration and heat-holding equipment has a temperature measuring device that is accurate and in good repair.
      • Thermometers required in 2 fridges.
