- Observation: One of the line coolers registerered 7-8 degrees C at the time of inspection . Frost build up noticed. The cooler is currently not used for storage of potentially hazardous foods.
- Corrective Action(s): Repair or replace the cooler so that it is capable of maintaining foods items at 4 C or below. ( Sep 25, 2021). In the interim, it is okay to keep non perishable foods such as taco wraps.
