      • Corrective Action(s): 1) Repair the sanitizer dispenser. Operator must use surface sanitizer dispenser at mop sink (200 ppm QUATS) to fill buckets and fill 3 compartment sink for manual dishwashing.
      • 2) Service the cooler units to ensure that they are capable of maintaining contents <4C at all times.
