    • 209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Scoops were not provided for rice and sugar. Dispoable paper cups were used instead and stored with direct contact with foods. (Public Health Significance) - scoop should be used and stored in a separate clean container to avoid its handle directly contaminating the food.
      • Corrective Action: Operator immediately removed the paper cups. Operator to stock with more scoops for dry ingredients.
    • 309 - Chemicals, cleansers, & similar agents stored or labeled improperly [s. 27]
      • Observation: Bleach is stored on a windex bottle. (Public Health Significance) - chemicals should have the correct label to avoid misuse or contamination to foods.
      • Corrective Action: Operator to label the bleach correctly and refrain from reusing bottles for different chemicals.
