  - Observation: Under counter dishwasher in dishpit at 0ppm Chlorine. Do not use for glassware until dishwasher is at 50ppm Chlorine. Either run glasses through the 2 glasswasher or the large conveyer dishwasher.
  - Corrective Action(s): Jug of sanitizer was empty, once jug replaced dishwasher was run approx 10 times. Still 0ppm Chlorine. Staff calling Ecolab to service the machine. Ensure dishwasher is repaired/adjusted by Wed Jan 28/26
