- Chlorine sanitizer test strips were not available. The operator later provided photos of valid chlorine test strips. Test strips must always be available to verify sanitizer concentration.

- Pest control records were not available for review at the time of the inspection. The operator later provided photos of completed pest control checklists. Please maintain monthly pest control records.
