- The handwashing sink in the staff bathroom was inaccessible. -Ensure the handwashing sink in the staff washroom is accessible to support proper hand hygiene.

- A significant pest infestation was observed in the facility. Evidence of pest activity included mouse droppings, urine trails, and multiple deceased mice in pest monitoring traps throughout the premises.Ensure that the facility is kept free of pests and any conditions that contribute to the harboring and breeding of pests;-All areas showing signs of pest activity must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. -Hire a licensed pest control operator to eliminate the mouse infestation and ensure a written record of all pest control measures in the commercial food establishment are maintained. Submit up to date pest control records from the licensed pest control operator for review by an Executive Officer of Alberta Health Services.

- A gap was observed at the back exit door, and a noticeable hole was present in a wall within the kitchen area.Repair the gap at the back exit door and repair the hole in the wall to prevent pest entry.

- Painted wood used as the bottom shelf in the walk-in cooler, was visibly dirty and showed signs of disrepair.Ensure the damaged wood shelving units in the walk-in cooler are repaired or replaced so that surfaces are smooth and easily cleanable.

- A significant accumulation of grease and food debris was observed beneath equipment such as ovens, grills, and freezers. Additionally, the walk-in cooler was not maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. Ensure all areas of the kitchen and walk-in cooler are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

The hand sink next to the three-compartment sink is not draining properly, causing water to pool. Please ensure the drainage system is properly repaired and functioning.
