      • Corrective Action: Operator to resurface or change the cutting board

      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Personal items stored close to the handwash station and in close proximity with single use disposal cup (Public Health Significance). Personal items can cause contamination of single use items that will not be washed and sanitized in dishwasher.
      • Corrective Action: Operator removed the personal items and will ensure personal items are properly stored away
