      • Dented can of jackfruit on shelf. Dented cans must not be sold because the food inside may be contaminated. Removed during inspection.

      • Damaged floor covering in the store. Damaged flooring must be replaced.Unfinished wood behind the store shelves along the south wall. The wood must be finished so it is smooth and non-permeable to moisture or replaced.

      • No chlorine sanitizer test strips were available to monitor sanitizer concentration. Test strips must be obtained and used to ensure chlorine sanitizer concentration is at 100 ppm.

      • Permit the facility is operating under is only for minimal food handling like the preparation of drinks for sale. The permit must be updated to include the cooking of other products.
