- A refrigerator (ID 3,4) had a temperature measuring 10C as the ambient temperature. A temperature log was being maintained; this issue was noted previously over the course of several days approximately 2 weeks ago, with no actions taken at that time.Perishable items identified were dairy only. Operation stated that these dairy items would be discarded.REQUIREMENT: Investigate the malfunctioning refrigerator - make any necessary repair to ensure the ambient temperature is 4C before perishable food items are placed in that cooler.
