- Sanitizer level of the dishwasher is recorded nil. It is observed that sanitizer bottle it not connected to the dishwasher. Operator connected the sanitizer bottle to the dishwasher at the time of inspection and primed it, but sanitizer is not observed in the dishwasher. Operator is advised to repair/ adjust the dishwasher so that it provides sanitizer for dish sanitization.
