      • -The Rodeo meat products are not allowed to be sold. Rodeo Foods Company does not have a valid food handling permit and is considered food from an unapproved source. Please remove all of their products from sale-Rodeo Foods Company was contacted and instructed to stop distributing food immediately
    • 14. Does the facility have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
      • -Facility's water supply is not working. Please do not handle any open food (ie coffee, slushies) until handwashing capabilities are present-Water sampling has not been done lately. The permit required monthly sampling

      • -Water sampling is not being done as often as required
