Please seal all cracks.

      • A sanitizing solution was not observed at the time of inspection. A fresh bleach solution at 100 ppm was prepared during the inspection. The operator was further advised to ensure that the bleach solution at 100 ppm in present in the facility at all times.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The surface and internal temperature of food items stored in the sandwich cooler located in the customer area was noted to be at 12. 8 degrees C. All high-risk food items were discarded during the inspection. The operator indicated that they have contacted a technician to repair this cooler. Please repair or replace this cooler and ensure it is capable to maintaining the temperature of 4 degrees C or below. Please do not store high risk food items in this cooler.

The operator was further advised to ensure that the bleach solution is present in the facility at all times. 2. Cleaning cloths were noted to be stored on prep counter. These were moved in the bleach solution during the inspection. Please do not store cleaning cloths on prep counter.

      • 1. One chest freezer containing food items (ice bags) was noted to be stored in the shop area. Please move the freezer in the kitchen area. Please do not store freezer in the shop.2. Nonfood related items were noted in the food area. Please remove all nonfood related items.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 1. A black hose was noted to be coming out of the back kitchen area. The operator indicated that this is connected to sump pump. Please ensure that the hose is not exposed in the kitchen area. 2. One of the cabinets was not painted. Please paint the cabinet.
