      • *A significant amount of unused equipment was observed stored inside non-operational refrigerators and cabinets.Please ensure remove all unused equipment from non-operational refrigerators and cabinets. Ensure equipment is stored in a clean, dry, and designated storage area to facilitate proper cleaning and prevent pest harborage. Please organize the kitchen and bar space.

      • Bag of carrot was stored directly on the floor. Please make sure store food elevated off the floor in original packages or containers that are not easily damaged and that minimize access by pests and prevent from any contamination.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Caulking at the dishwashing sink area was not in good repair. Mildew started to grow on the caulking surface.Please make sure surface is recaulked.

      • Bleach water solution at the front counter concentration was measured 0ppm. Operator prepared the new solution with concentration of 100ppm Bleach water
    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • Bleach water solution bottle was not labelled. Corrected during the inspection. Please make sure all chemical bottles are labelled properly to prevent the misuse of the chemicals.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Paper towel dispenser was not in good working condition. Corrected during the inspection. Operator fixed the issue and replaced the new roll of paper towel into the dispenser.

Replace ice after it has melted.b. Store scoop in sanitizer. c. Use a clean scoop each time. Clean and sanitize scoop after use.

      • 1. Duct tape on freezer door.COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Replace duct tape with material that is smooth, non absorbent and easy to clean.
