      • Failed to report a suspect or confirmed outbreak in the centre to the Infectious Diseases Program at the SMDHU in a timely manner.
    • Diapering/toileting areas are kept in a clean and sanitary manner.
      • Ensure diaper change tables and/or mats are cleaned and disinfected after each use.
      • Ensure a lined, diaper disposal receptacle with a tight fitting lid is provided.
    • Appropriate diapering and toileting IPAC procedures are being followed.
      • Ensure diapering procedures (including stand-up diapering and potty procedures) are posted and are being followed.
